Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all marina visitors and clients.
- Handling inquiries and sales efficiently and professionally.
- Learning and utilizing marina-specific computer software systems.
- Working collaboratively with a positive and adaptable attitude.
- Supporting office operations with occasional outdoor tasks.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Understanding of inquiry and sales handling.
- Willingness to learn and effectively use computer software systems.
- A proactive “can do” attitude and a flexible approach to teamwork.
- Availability to work weekends as required (on a rota basis).
- Experience and knowledge of boating.
