Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton
37.5 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday 07:30-17:30 and Thursday 07:30-17:00
£12.12 Per Hour with Overtime paid at £18.18
Our well-established global client is looking to expand their manufacturing team and are looking for committed individuals to join them as Production Operatives.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Manufacturing and will understand and be committed to following existing processes within a high performing team. If have a production background that involved following processes, then these would be excellent transferable skills.
The role will be in place from July through to the end of September and could extend to October as well. For those Candidates that demonstrate the appropriate attitude and skills, there will be opportunities to be offered a full-time position with the company, although this is not guaranteed.

Production Operative Key Areas of Responsibility
- Assembling cables
- Snipping and crimping cable ends ready for client requirements
- Labelling cables
- Sorting cables into appropriate client locations
- Quality testing
- Box preparation
- Picking small items ready for manufacturing
