We're on the hunt for a dynamic and dedicated Sales and Operations Planning Lead to join our client, the largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe. This role is a key part of the company's UK & Ireland Leadership team, overseeing the client order fulfilment journey.

The Role:
As the Sales and Operations Planning Lead, you'll be:
- Leading the overall S&OP process, delivering strategic improvements across the UK & Ireland
- Coordinating with multiple teams to drive orders from signed to installed efficiently
- Taking ownership of client orders at various approval stages, conducting root cause analysis and delivering process improvements
- Collaborating with Solutions and Procurement to establish machine forecasting
- Recommending appropriate machine inventory levels to the UK Exec
- Leading daily, weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly S&OP cadence meetings with the UK Exec and Leadership teams

The Candidate:
- A strong communicator, influencer, and challenger with proven experience in large complex businesses
- Competent to lead internal meetings and engage multiple teams effectively
- Highly numeric and analytical with excellent systems skills
- Experienced in leading transformational change to an S&OP function
- Proficient in advanced excel skills, with project management experience being desirable
- Project management experience highly desirable
