Site Manager – Guildford – Industrial Warehouse Refurbishment
Our client are a leading contractor with sites in London and surrounding areas, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage an Industrial Project in Guildford, Surrey.
The Project:
- Upgrade warehouse lighting to LED.
- Upgrade lighting to LED throughout the amenity blocks.
- Clean the warehouse areas including cladding surfaces, etc.
- Redecorate the amenity block where required.
- Address any fire stopping issues in the amenity block.
- Repair and where necessary, replace, M&E services.
- Roof Repairs
Tasks/ Responsibilities:
- Ordering of Labour
- Ordering of Plant Chairing & attending weekly meetings
- Ordering of Materials
- Identify and resolve any issues with the project
- To be a point of contact for our client.
Skills/ Qualifications required:
- SMSTS
- Driving License (preferred not essential)
- Strong work ethic
- First Aid Certificate
