The Opportunity

We now have an excellent opportunity for a Lead Maintenance Specialist. This is a brand new role for us at Aggregate Industries so you'll have a great opportunity to build and develop this role in a way you see as most suitable.

In this role you'll lead on the implementation of a maintenance system across our 300 UK sites to standardise our preventative maintenance operations with our fixed plant equipment and ensure excellent reliability. 

You'll deliver on the training to our on site engineer's to ensure compliance with the new system, then compile data across the sites to make preventative maintenance recommendations on a national scale. 

Who you are 

• You'll have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as this position will involve speaking with sites all across the country.
• You'll have past experience working on large projects and making recommendations to maintenance schedules.
• You'll be an experienced engineer, with a passion for reliability of machinery.
