Sales Executive (Hybrid), Salary: Basic of up to £26k + commission (on average taking home an extra £300 to £750 per month), *Guaranteed commission of £250 for first 3 months.

33 days holiday inc bank holidays, life insurance lots of other benefits and career opportunities. Location: Hybrid remote with a requirement to be in the Ilkeston office 2 days per week.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven Outbound Sales Executive to work for dynamic and market leader in portable accommodation, modular construction and storage solutions. The role can offer excellent career progression opportunities for the right candidate. Applicants will need to have telephone based sales experience (preferably outbound) and motivated to achieve sales success. A full induction and training programme will be provided.

Outbound Sales Executive - The role

  • Generating customer opportunities through proactive telephone contact utilising Glenigan and other online data platforms
  • Meeting and/or exceeding set targets, objectives, and expectations.
  • Planning and prioritising customer/prospect contacts to ensure agreed targets are achieved.
  • Effectively managing a pipeline of opportunity to ensure regular contact and maximise your conversion rates.
  • Promoting the core product ranges and services and following up on campaign activity
  • Closing down lost enquiries effectively and ensure any customer notes are clear and concise.
  • Generating Sales Opportunities for internal sales and Area Sales Managers
  • Attend training to develop knowledge, sales techniques, and personal skills.

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in a customer focussed Outbound Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Motivated to seek out and convert sales opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
  • Ability to increase revenue through outbound sales activity.
  • Self-motivated with excellent decision-making skills.
