TXM Engineer are recruiting for a BMS Engineer to work for our client on their commercial contract across London, inside the M25, with some works based on the outskirts.

As a BMS Engineer, your duties will be but not limited to –

• Carry out routine BMS service visits
• Respond to BMS callouts
• Support maintenance operations team with customer queries
• Review site fault tracker and complete any minor tasks where possible
• Prepare clear and accurate reports on site during the visit
• Reports to include any recommended improvements to the site
• Carry out BMS related small works projects
• Attend client meetings and maintain regular client communication
• Support client and supplier relationships for building improvements

The salary for this position is between £50,000 to £58,000 – with the option of a company car or car allowance (£400per month)

Working hours are Monday – Friday 08:00am – 04:00pm (flexible with start time)

Requirements:

• 5 or more years’ experience working with BMS systems (Trend, Delta, Johnsons, Tridium)
• Knowledge about the above system controls
• Experience with MCC panels and the ability to understand control panel wiring diagrams
• Understanding of all varieties of Trend networking – current LAN, Ethernet, BACnet and LonWorks
• Experience with supervisors such as Trend 963 and/or IQvision software
• Understanding of mechanical plant operation and control
• Understanding of electrical systems
• Desire to learn and support new technologies / alternative control system
• Confident in IT with working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
