• Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 Testing and Inspection

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and qualified Domestic Electrician to join our team in Skelmersdale. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of electrical tasks, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day electrical repairs in domestic settings
• Install wet rooms, including showers, lighting, and fans
• Conduct electrical work on void properties to prepare them for new tenants
• Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) and remedial works as required
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a domestic electrician
• Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment
• Strong knowledge of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Competency in testing and inspecting electrical installations, holding the 2391 qualification
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
