Pay rate: £12
Location:
Hempton Court (Bristol, GBR) BS32
starting time 07:00-15:00
Candidate must have been in the UK for a period of 3 years or more
Candidate must be able to provide 2 work references
Capabilities
- Ability to respond to requests in a timely manner, assisting with a wide range of activities
- Comply with companies Health and Safety processes and procedures
- Assist with the completion of both reactive and planned tasks
- Good customer relationship skills
- Undertake role in professional and safe manner at all time
- Carry out general security tasks such as management of CCTV and alarm systems
- Undertake activities requested by client efficiently and effectively
- Carry out general cleaning/ maintenance tasks when required
- Raising, updating and closing down of reactive tasks and remedial works
- Undertake statutory inspections
- Provide first line response to reactive events
- Porterage and logistic support services as required - ordering, distribution and storage of materials
