£35,000 - £45,000/annum

Salter Grange is currently working with a civils specialist that operates across Ireland in various sectors and has an excellent reputation in the Rail sector, Data Centre, Residential, and Commercial sectors looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a Data Centre project covering the Civils work.

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will join early doors into a new commercial team in a forward-thinking business, emphasising training, development, and staff retention.

Graduate Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

  • Setting contract documentation
  • Preparing post-contract enquiries
  • Assessment of contract variations
  • Preparing and agreeing on schedules
  • Financial and contractual control of sub-contractors accounts
  • Issuing contractual notices and evaluating loss and expense/acceleration claims
  • Providing fast, accurate, competitive, and profitable estimates to enquiries
  • Liaising with the client, main contractor, and other departments

Graduate Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

  • Experience in the Construction Industry or Trade Background
  • Academically qualified and relevant experience in the industry.
  • Organised and able to follow a plan.
