An independent property consultancy are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their thriving Bristol team.
The Senior Building Surveyors' role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will join an established business with a strong client base and an expanding portfolio, focusing on commercial projects across the South West.
The Senior Building Surveyor will benefit from working across a variety of markets within the commercial sector, including education, office, healthcare and retail.
This role is ideal for a Senior Building Surveyor keen to develop their career within a supportive environment, where there is continuous opportunity for both personal and professional development.
The Senior Building Surveyor
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will ideally have previous consultancy experience, and a passion for delivering projects within the commercial sector.
- MRICS qualification is preferred
- Exposure to sectors such as education, office, and retail is beneficial
- Keen to get stuck into a variety of responsibilities
