Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the night shift team, ensuring production targets are achieved and exceeded.
• Process and Production Enhancement: Utilise your robust background in injection moulding supervision to drive process and production improvements.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, strategically managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and translating them into actionable insights for staff members.
• Quality and Safety: Uphold the highest standards of quality and safety, ensuring all production activities comply with company policies.
• Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with a diverse team and make critical decisions autonomously to maintain smooth operations.

• Proven experience in injection moulding supervision with a strong track record of team leadership.
• Deep understanding of process and production enhancements.
