Manchester Staff is currently looking for a talented Senior Placement Manager to work in fully supported living and join a fast-growing client expanding in Manchester. Our client pride themselves on putting their residents before their profits by building state of the art homes, their new project requires more senior staff leaving huge potential for growth!

You must have a valid driving licence to travel to different locations around the greater Manchester area. The successful candidate will have had experience in residential care, or in supported accommodation and a minimum Level 3 NVQ.

Job Role:

• Overseeing 15-20 staff members 
• Overseeing a 5-bed supported accommodation
• Implementing Ofsted standards
• Working with 16–18-year-olds 
• 48 hours working week with some weekends

Requirements & Desirables:

• Drivers Licence
• Level 3 NVQ minimum 
• Experience with Ofsted or CQC.
