The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Candidate Delivery Consultant to join our successful team. This role focuses on sourcing and delivering high-quality candidates within the supported living sector. You will play a critical part in matching skilled professionals with our clients' needs, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and attract candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a perfect match for our clients' requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Work closely with the team to understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement and beyond, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Achieve and exceed set targets and goals, contributing to the overall success of the team.
