Facilities Maintenance Engineer

My client, a busy manufacturing business based in Oldham, is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of relevant machinery including -
- Gas boilers
- Steam autoclaves
- Steam lines
- Traction and hydraulic lifts
- Waste effluent plant
- Compressed air systems
- Domestic water systems and cooling towers
You will be required to ensure all legislation and site procedures are adhered to including –
- Health, safety and hygiene
- Legionella compliance as per L8 code of practice
- LOLER examinations
- Pressure regulations
Skills and experience required –
- Must have BOAS accreditation
- Experience in NDT Preparation for testing of vessels
- Plumbing skills in line with maintenance duties
- Experience in steam supplies and pipe fitting skills
