Graduate Design Engineer - Bristol - Office Based - Up to £30,000 + Benefits - Ref: 1623

I am currently recruiting for a Design Engineer to work for a key client of mine based in Bristol.

The organisation has been in operation for over 11 years and are one of the leading Scaffold design Consultancy's in the UK. In addition to this they have a very well-established client base and are one of the most recognisable companies within their area of specialism.

To support the continued growth of the business and to deal with the amount of work they have now and forecasted they have the need to appoint a Graduate on a permanent basis where they can up skill to a Scaffold Design Engineer level.

In this role as a Graduate Design Engineer, you will be attending sites when required, liaise with clients to write or interpret detailed Scaffold Design drawings to meet specific requirements and consult with them throughout the process. In addition to this you will be required to provide in depth structural calculations to ensure that all safety procedures are met.

Essential Requirements:

• OND/BSc/BEng/MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Competent with using CAD packages (ideally AutoCAD)
• Enthusiastic to learn Scaffold Design
