About the Role
The company is currently seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering a mixed caseload of civil litigation, including public sector housing litigation. The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and be a proficient advocate with good drafting skills. Experience managing a housing disrepair caseload would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a mixed caseload of civil litigation, including public sector housing litigation
  • Working with minimal supervision
  • Being a proficient advocate with good drafting skills
  • Managing a housing disrepair caseload (an advantage)

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
  • Experience in civil litigation, including public sector housing litigation
  • Proficient advocate with good drafting skills, working on a Hybrid basis.
