Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive business studies lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to departmental initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in business or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Teacher, preferably within a secondary school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
