Spirehouse are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors on an exclusive basis with our client in Nottinghamshire 

The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a forward thinking organisation in Nottingham going through some exciting changes. You will support vulnerable individuals in a call centre environment where supportive customer service is required.  

The successful candidate will have:  

Experience dealing with vulnerable adults  

Experience providing customer service in a call centre environment 

IT literate (CRM Training is provided)   

Able to conduct visits when required (company car is provided) 

Committed to working multiple shifts including nights 

Further information: 

Weekly shift rota (Multiple shifts, including nights and weekends)  

Temporary – Permanent  

Temporary: From £17.00 per hour via umbrella (Dependent on experience)   

Permanent: From £25,220 per annual (Dependent on experience)  

Requirements: 

Full UK drivers licence (Company car is provided)  

Customer Service or Call Centre Experience  

Basic DBS, Clean (or willing to have one put in place)
