The Client
My client is a main contractor with offices based in Milton Keynes, Birmingham and Manchester.
They deliver commercial fit out, construction & refurbishment projects on both traditional and design & build projects.
The Role
My client is looking for a Project Manager based out of their Birmingham office, for projects across the Midlands with values ranging from £400k to £12M.
Experience/Qualifications
- Project management experience on commercial fit, construction & refurbishment projects
- Experience on projects with a value in excess of £12M
- Degree in construction related qualification
- APM certification
- SMSTS
- CSCS card
Package
- £60,000 to £75,000 per annum DOE
- Car allowance
