New opportunity available in a secondary school in North London. September start, for the academic year.

The School

The school is based in Enfield borough, North London. This is a great school with an established leadership and dedicated team and is very popular.

The school is on a regular bus route and about 15 minutes by bus from the nearest overground station. On-road parking is also available.

The Role

The Headteacher is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to work in class with two pupils in Year 8. One student has a EHCP for Autism and is a very able child, who needs to be kept focused through the day, but has good behaviour. The second student has ADHD and again, needs some additional support to stay on track and focused throughout the day. You will also be working as a general Teaching Assistant at times, when the usual pupils are working independently, whilst being on-hand in case these two need some additional support.

The salary for this SEN Teaching Assistant role will be £90-95 per day and the role is full time, term time only. The hours are 8.15am - 4.15pm.
