Orbital Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Service & Maintenance Engineer for our client based in Potters Bar, EN6 3DQ.

We are looking to employ a dedicated Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to commit to this permanent position.

Duties:

• Diagnosing & resolving service and breakdown calls for varying Commercial & Domestic client sites across London and the Home Counties.
• As a Lead Engineer will assist in training and developing the team of 3 existing Engineers.
• Completing planned Maintenance & Service on split, multi-split, VRV, VRF and AHU systems at the varying sites.
• All works recorded timely & clearly to meet & exceed our customers’ expectations.

Experience Needed/ About You:

• Proven track record of servicing, fault finding and repairing a wide range of air conditioning & ventilation systems and associated equipment.
• Customer focused with the ability to converse directly with our clients in a clear, personable & knowledgeable manner.
• Can do’ attitude with the aptitude to continue to develop their skill.
• Clear communication skills, written and verbal.
•  Good team work ethic with supervisory skills and confidence to use initiative when required.
• Must be responsible, good time management and work off own initiative effectively.
• 8 years + AC, AHU & Ventilation PPM & Fault-Finding experience minimum.

Pay/ Salary:

• Annual Salary £45k+ depending on experience,
• Out of Hours Callout Cover,
• Van, Fuel Card, Phone & Tablet.

Hours & Contract Type:

• Normal working hours are 40 per week, Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm.
• 4 days scheduled work / 1 day focusing on the team development.
• Client Locations - London/Herts & Essex.
•  The hours of work on each day will vary depending on the access times and Callout demands.
