CENTRE MANAGER / GARAGE MANAGER (MOTOR INDUSTRY) – READING

BASIC SALARY: UP TO £36,000

ON TARGET EARNINGS: £42,000

Our client are looking for a Centre Manager to join their team and are offering a highly competitive basic salary along with a lucrative bonus scheme and further overachievement incentives.

CENTRE MANAGER / GARAGE MANAGER – RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing a busy workshop overseeing vehicle repairs, maintenance & MOTs
• Ensuring complaints are kept to a minimum through excellent levels of customer care
• Liaising with Regional Managers, Head Office and the board of Directors when required
• Adhering to Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control policies / procedures
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Ensuring KPI’s and sales targets are met
• Identifying training and development opportunities for staff members
• Overseeing the hiring process, reviewing CVs, and assessing candidates at interview
• Increasing sales of products and services offered at the Centre
