Position: Reprographics/Social Media Assistant

The Reprographics/Social Media Assistant will be responsible for managing the school's reprographics needs and enhancing our social media presence. This dual-role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for both print media and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain photocopiers, printers, and other reprographic equipment.
• Produce high-quality printed materials, including worksheets, booklets, newsletters, and posters.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all reprographic requests from staff.
• Maintain an organized inventory of reprographic supplies and place orders as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues, coordinating with service providers when necessary.

Social Media:

• Manage and update the school’s social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
• Create engaging and informative content to promote school events, achievements, and updates.
• Monitor social media channels, responding to inquiries and interacting with the community.
• Collaborate with staff and students to gather content and highlight school activities.
• Track and analyze social media performance, suggesting improvements and new strategies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in reprographics or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
