Recruitment Operations Manager – To £45k Base + Realistic OTE £57k

(Full Time/Part Time/Term Time)

A rare opportunity is available for a proven Operations Manager with a strong process driven knowledge of Recruitment within Agency, In House or HR

This is an unique opportunity for a process driven organiser with a track record of putting forward ideas and taking on projects whilst gathering, analysing, and reporting on data. The ideal person will be tech savvy with a passion for implementing new ideas within a recruitment environment.  Experience of systemising, simplifying, mapping out and managing processes is required.

This role has been created due to continued growth and comes with a 12-week extensive introduction + training plan. A great management role with stability, career progression and input into strategy direction. An incredibly supportive experienced team with the chance to be work closely with the MD and be part of the next phase of our success

This role will allow you to display your drive and ambition whilst also being able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, technical knowledge and the ability to drive performance via efficiencies, tech and process improvement with innovative and open-minded colleagues.

On offer is a competitive basic salary up to £45K + quarterly and annual bonus based on company performance.

Working at least 3 days a week in our Stopsley office.  (however this role could be part time e.g. 3 days a week or school hours or term time-- we are all about flexibility)
