My client is a very successful office fit out contractor with multiple blue-chip clients. They have built a solid reputation in the industry by producing projects to a very high standard. They are well established and provide their services across all the UK 

Job role 
They require a Site Manager to oversee a multi floor office fit out and refurbishment with a duration of 5 months. The project is a full internal CAT B fit out with high end finishes. There will also be some externals, cladding and construction works so if you have a good knowledge of this then that is highly desirable. You will collaboratively with my clients to team to make sure the project is completed on time and to a high standard.

Experience required
- Strong background in fit out and refurbishment (Commercial office fit outs preferred)
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certificates required.
- Worked on projects with a value up to £2m plus
- Must be able to conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
- Must be confident in conducting site, client and progress meetings
- Be able to manage a full site program to complete projects on time and to budget
- Motivate Sub-contractors and trades on site
- Produce regular and clear progress reports
- Proficient in Editing and creating programs if required
