Role Overview:

As a Recruitment/Sales Consultant at M4 Recruitment, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with clients in the Industrial and Driving sectors. This role demands a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be instrumental in driving the branch's success and achieving your personal sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and face-to-face meetings. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales and Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by actively selling our recruitment services. Stay motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client consultation to candidate placement. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use this information to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and recruitment processes. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share knowledge, support each other, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be willing to adjust working hours and strategies based on business needs and priorities. Show adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling and selling services both over the phone and in person.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Highly target-driven and motivated by achieving success.
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
