Are you currently an experienced SALES NEGOTIATOR or SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR, and looking for a change of agents, maybe to one who is market leader in their area?
My client is the market-leading residential sales and lettings agency in Watford, Abbots Langley and Kings Langley and are looking for an experienced SALES NEGOTIATOR or SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR to compliment and enhance their already brilliant team. You will be working between the two offices and selling the stock from both offices.
The ideal candidate will have several years experience but my client will consider candidates with at least a years experience and who can show passion, drive, determination and that willingness to succeed.

Skills Required:
- Skilful negotiating with buyers and sellers
- Polite telephone manner
- Honesty and punctuality together with good IT skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Full driving licence and own car.
- Attention to detail and be able to multi task
- Work well under pressure.
- Ideally two years experience
- £20,000-£24,000 (DOE) OTE £40,000-£45,000
- Very generous commission structure
- Successful & Reputable Estate & Letting Agent
- Long term career prospects
- 8.45am-6pm Mon-Fri and every 3rd Saturday 9am-5pm for which you will receive a day off in lieu
- On site parking
- Working for a market leading estate agent
