Role summary -
This company is looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor - Housing Repairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to tenants and homeowners who require assistance with their housing repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and resolving customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face communication
- Booking appointments for housing repairs
- Providing accurate information to customers regarding their housing repairs
- Ensuring all customer service targets are met
- Maintaining accurate records and updating the database
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in the housing repairs industry is desirable
