A quality private house builder are looking to recruit a Land Appraisal Estimator / Land Viability Estimator for new build housing projects based from Leeds

The role:
As an Land Appraisal Estimator / Land Viability Estimator you will work in the Technical Team responsible for housing developments. These are a mixture of small and large sites

You day to day responsibilities will be as follows:

Working as part of the regional commercial team, you will be required to appraise potential new developments and help assess their viability prior to bid.

The role includes analysing technical data and taking-off measurement quantities from layouts and technical drawings and forming robust appraisals.

You will be responsible for managing your workload and working diligently to the highest possible standards, to targeted deadlines.

The Company:
A privately owned quality led house builder who build high quality semi/detached houses and apartments for sale on the open market. They work across the Midlands and West Yorkshire

The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Land Appraisal Estimator or Land Viability Estimator in a similar house building environment. Experience in housing is essential.

You will have good understanding of the construction industry working alongside technical teams & experience within the housebuilding or civil sectors.
