As an Asbestos Removal Contract Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the Company Operations. You will manage asbestos removal projects from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

This role is perfect for a proactive and detail-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves making a difference.

What You’ll Do 👷🏽‍♂️
⚠️Lead Projects: From the initial planning stages to the final inspection, you’ll oversee all aspects of asbestos removal projects, ensuring they meet our high standards and regulatory requirements.
⚠️Be the Client’s Go-To Person: You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they’re delighted with the services.
⚠️Manage Your Team: Lead, motivate, and support skilled asbestos removal operatives, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and deliver top-notch work.
⚠️Ensure Compliance: Stay on top of all health and safety regulations, making sure every project complies with HSE guidelines Asbestos Regulations
⚠️Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and safety requirements.
⚠️Document Everything: Keep detailed records of all project activities, including risk assessments, method statements, and incident reports.
⚠️Allocate Resources: Efficiently manage labor, equipment, and materials to keep projects on track and within budget.
⚠️Train and Develop: Provide ongoing training and support to your team, helping them stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and safety procedures.
⚠️Solve Problems: Quickly and effectively address any issues or challenges that arise during projects.
⚠️Report Progress: Prepare regular reports on project progress, financial performance, and any issues encountered, keeping senior management in the loop.

☑️You possess knowledge of asbestos removal regulations and best practices.
☑️You have strong project management skills and can juggle multiple projects with ease.
☑️You’re an excellent communicator with stellar interpersonal skills.
☑️You’re a natural leader who can inspire and motivate a team.
☑️You have a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
☑️You have a valid driver’s license.
