English Teacher

Vacancy: English Teacher (KS4)

We are currently searching for a full-time teacher to cover a member of staff as soon as possible, who is comfortable teaching both English at a KS4 GSCE Language and Literature, and some other portfolio based subjects, such as RSHE or Equality & Diversity.

About the School

The school is a dedicated specialist unit designed to improve the lives of students who have, for a variety of reasons, not thrived in mainstream education. It aims to create a safe and nurturing environment for those in attendance, and works towards re-integrating students in to mainstream schooling.

Based in the SE27 (Lambeth area) the school is part of a wider trust and is a vibrant and engaging place to work.

- A passionate teacher dedicated to improve the lives of those in their care.

- A dedicated educator comfortable with behaviour management and classroom organisation.

- A solid knowledge of the English curricula, and a willingness to support with other portfolio based subjects.
