As a Composite Trimmer, you will support the team leader in the efficient running of the department by meeting job timescales and demands, whilst completing jobs to the highest of standards.

In your first few weeks in this Composites Team Leader role, you can expect to:

• Prep and trim composite components by hand using air cutting tools
• Prep and bond components using adhesives and fixtures
• Drill, tap and fit inserts to holes
• Finish components prior to inspection.

• Ability to follow work instructions and read technical drawings
