Join Our Team as a Refuse Driver, help Keep Our Community Clean and Green!
Job Title: Refuse Driver Class 2
Location: OX4, Oxford
Pay rate: £17.50ph
Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday 5.45am to 3.30pm
Job Type: Temp to perm
Main duties and responsibilities of a Refuse Driver:
- Operate Class 2 Refuse Lorry
- Assist with additional duties as required by the team including loading the vehicle
- Ensure all collections are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Refuse Drivers should perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues.
- Collaborate with the service department to maintain high standards
Key requirements of a Refuse Driver:
- Hold a full UK licence with a Class C entitlement along with a Digital Tachograph card and Drivers CPC
- Capable of performing heavy lifting and maintaining physical fitness
