IT Programme Manager - London/Hybrid - £60k

Join a growing UK based Facilities Management organisation in their new Transformation department.  The IT Programme Manager will ensure the successful management of the IT and Technology Programmes including:

•    Management and operation of an effective end to end programme management process
•    Management and operation of an effective resource management and modelling process
•    Facilitation of the 3rd party software solutions process
•    Set up and management of the programme management system
•    Continuous improvement of all related processes to ensure they consistently satisfy business strategy requirements

Aims of the role will include:

•    To design, implement and lead the Mobilisation and Transition strategy  
•    To support the Business Development Team in ‘productising’ Mobilisation and Transition (and Transformation)
•    To ensure that all existing and future Mobilisations and Transition projects are adequately resourced 
•    To perform the role of the Mobilisation and Transition Manager as and when required. This may also include leading any required change                 projects/programmes.
•    To design and own the Mobilisation and Transition Playbook
•    To design, implement and manage a pricing and cross charge mechanism for Mobilisation and Transition 
•    To design, implement and manage an effective TUPE process (including a cultural change programme) in collaboration with HR
•    To design, implement and manage an effective TUPE Be There for Life process 
•    To lead and resource any required change projects as requested by the Change team
•    To be an effective OLT member, attending all required meetings and completing all actions
•    Deputise for the Head of Change Management/Head of Business Standards and Head of Transformation as and when required 

What we are looking for:

•    Extensive experience within an IT Programme and/or Project Management role
•    Practitioner knowledge of one or more of the following:
o    SDLC in Agile development environments
o    PRINCE2 Project Management
o    Agile Project Management
•    Experience of managing projects in a change function
•    Experience of Agile and Waterfall project management processes
