A Sales Applications Engineer sought for a global engineering company working within the automotive industry. They are experiencing growth due to their global client base growing and are looking for an experienced sales applications engineer to develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
The role would be suited to an individual with a minimum of an HNC/HND in an engineering discipline. Experience working within the automotive industry is desirable, however candidates with an engineering background, attention to detail and strong communication and organisational skills are also encouraged to apply.
The Role:
- Compile costs for standard products.
- Assist in preparing of technical proposals and quotes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Maintain sales records.
- Address customer enquiries and concerns.
The Person:
- HNC/HND Qualified and a minimum of 2 years industry experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Technically minded and solution-driven approach to work.
- Deliver to tight deadlines.
