Role Overview

As a Clinical Nursing Manager, you will oversee the clinical operations of their domiciliary and live-in care services, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with healthcare regulations. You will lead and support a team of dedicated nurses and care staff, ensuring they provide outstanding care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nursing and care teams, ensuring best practices in patient care.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate clinical care standards, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Care Planning: Develop and oversee comprehensive care plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure all clinical practices meet regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Training and Development: Lead training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the care team.
  • Client Liaison: Foster strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in a nursing / clinical role
  • Education: Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and support a team.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clinical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of clinical practices and healthcare regulations.
  • Empathy: A genuine passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Technology: Proficiency in using care management software and general IT skills.
