Your Skills and Experience:
- 3-4 years of legal cashier experience
- Strong understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
 Proficiency in handling various payment methods
- Ability to produce accurate financial reports


Main responsibilities

• Undertake daily banking functions

 Processing of client and office accounting transactions including postings/bills etc
 

• Processing of BACS, CHAPS and international payments

 

• Banking incoming cheques between office and client accounts

 

• Card payments – in person and over the telephone

 

• Preparation of cheques

 

• Administration of the purchase ledger

 

• Undertake daily postings

 

• Producing accounts reports for Fee Earners

 

• Assisting with month and year end
