Childcare Trainer
Childcare and Health
Permanent / Term time only - 35 hours per week
£27,850 to £31,280 pro rata
(£23,324 to £24,780 per annum)

Our new Childcare Trainer will work closely with an established team, managing a caseload of students and establishing relationships with employers that supports the successful integration of students into the workplace. The role will involve extensive work with our T Level in Education and Early Years pathway.

As a Trainer, you will work collaboratively with teachers and students to produce learning plans that will maximise the development of knowledge, skills and behaviours for learners in their placements. As a Trainer you will go out to apprentice’s workplaces to coordinate, assess, and review learning and grade assessments. There will also be some classroom-based assessments to increase student engagement in their personal development plans, leading to students that are competent in their practice.
