The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Sales Executive or Account Management role, and demonstrate exceptional customer service, professional communication, and strong analytical skills. They must be self-motivated, commercially aware, adept at building professional relationships, and experienced in negotiation.
Some of the Key Account Manager responsibilities are:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, including regular review meetings and full account administration.
- Monitor sales performances and produce/analyse a broad range of reports and data.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing customers and target new customers.
- Participate in the customer tender process.
- Conduct market research and collect customer feedback.
- Organise and attend trade shows and exhibitions.
- Collaborate on new product development, including managing supplier relations.
- Engage in various company projects and monitor competitor activities.
