HR Advisor – Corby (Site Based)- £35,000 - £38,000 – Food Manufacturing

The Role:

This isn’t a back-office job. It’s about getting stuck in, providing real support to the managers and employees, and ensuring everything runs smoother than a freshly churned batch of their finest chilled goods.

  • Dishing out top-notch advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handling complex employee relations cases like a pro – think disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Rolling out HR initiatives and projects that make a difference, based around employee engagement and performance management.
  • Providing support to the HR Officer and Admin in the absence of the Head of HR.

What you need to offer:

  • Solid experience as an HR Advisor/Officer in manufacturing.
  • A deep understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
  • Discretion when handling sensitive info, and the emotional intelligence to handle a range of situations.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) – a nice-to-have, not a dealbreaker.
