Sustainability Advisor

Kettering | Hybrid with site travel | Part time options available

£35,000 - £45,000 with excellent benefits

We've been engaged by one of the leading integrated waste management companies in the UK to recruit a Sustainability Advisor. The role will be focused on driving the sustainability agenda forwards across the company. This role will be based in their head office but does offer hybrid and flexible working.

This organisation is open to both part-time and full-time options for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities of the Sustainability Advisor will include:

• Analysing and reporting sustainability data and provide feedback to a range of stakeholders.
• Supporting strategy development and drive this forward across the group, influencing decision making and best practice.
• Managing and monitoring the working environment and ensuring compliance with environmental legislation.
• Acting as the main point of contact for the sustainability program with key stakeholders including clients and regulators

The successful Sustainability Advisor will have:

• Demonstrable environmental and sustainability experience, ideally within waste, manufacturing or related industry
• Qualified to degree level, or equivalent, in an appropriate environmental discipline
• Ideally hold a professional membership with a recognised environmental body (IEMA, CIEEM, CIWEM)
• Have a passion for excellence, and an ambition to grow and develop a career within the environmental space
