Are you a skilled and experienced Site Manager looking for a new challenge? Join our client's team as we embark on a dynamic commercial office cut and carve scheme project. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of this exciting redevelopment project.

You would be responsible for the front of house and reception area. You must have experience overseeing the fit-out of these areas and having a key eye for detail. Key areas include speed lanes and lift cores. You must be a team player and have an exemplary health and safety record.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and other team members, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to uphold project standards and specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or risks proactively.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
