Thes role requires a Site Manager with
- Volume housebuild site management experience
- Previous or current experience of working within NHBC standards
- Proven long term knowledge within new build housing
- Confidence in overseeing all trades and labour on site
- A track record of working to budget and within timescales
Current CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid are essential
