Join our Project Aspire+ team at Refresco as our Training Advisor on a 18 month contract. You will be working closely with the Training Coordinator, Organisational Change Manager, Business Analyst’, wider Programme Team, and the SMT to develop and implement training strategies, plans, and solutions to maximise employee adoption and useage of the target ERP landscape (SAP S/4HANA) and standard business processes.

Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5 pm and Friday 8:30 am – 4 pm
Hybrid – work 2 days from home

 

What you’ll be doing as a Training Advisor
You will be responsible for developing and managing training delivery aligned with key programme milestones and outcomes. You will oversee training objectives to ensure that trainers and end-users acquire the necessary skills and resources for the successful adoption of Aspire+ tools and processes. Additionally, you will design, deliver, and evaluate training solutions, onboard Business Analysts to the strategy, and upskill them in best practices to drive training within their areas of expertise.
As a change champion, you will promote the adoption of new ERP solutions and standard operating procedures, ensuring a timely and effective training rollout. You will collaborate with Programme teams, business users, IT, and service integrators to address concerns and prepare for project implementations.


Travel will be required for meetings, progress tracking, and deployment as necessary.

 

Key responsibilities of the Training Advisor

  • Monitor and review training course objectives and post-course evaluations.
  • Assist department managers in identifying training gaps and scheduling training through designated trainers.
  • Collaborate with Aspire+ Programme, UK business, Central IT, and Europe teams to ensure 'To Be' training solutions meet business requirements and support end-state solution adoption.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to training and onboarding for 'To Be' solution adoption.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with training stakeholders, addressing concerns and managing expectations.
  • Maintain accurate training documentation, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and supporting Organisational Change Management and Training teams for successful adoption.

 

About you
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, executing, monitoring, and presenting reports on training strategies and plans for business transformation programs, particularly in an SAP environment. Applicants should have a proven track record of conducting training needs analysis and implementing training programs, along with extensive knowledge of training standards and best practices. They should also demonstrate expertise in training needs analysis, management, outcome reporting, and tracking training success metrics.
