We are working with Medway Council to appoint an experienced Social Worker for their Children in Care Team.

Manage a caseload within a framework of appropriate reflective supervision, undertaking focused, analytical assessments, SMART care plans and reviews that have clear objectives and outcome measures in order to ensure that all looked after children receive a service that reflects the Council's commitment to achieving positive outcomes for our looked after children.
Demonstrate and model good practice that reflects a commitment to relationship and strengths based practice, working collaboratively with children and their families

• 2-3 years post qualifying experience
• Experience in Care Proceedings & Court Work
• Hybrid working- 2/3 days a week in the office + 5 days a week when on duty (if applicable)
• Full UK driving license plus access to a vehicle, business cover (inc. carrying passengers)
