Marketing Manager - Part Time

This is an exciting, brand new position based within a highly creative design and branding agency with an excellent reputation. You will be given autonomy to develop and roll out your marketing ideas for the agency itself as well as for clients too. While part time initially, there is scope for the position to become full time further down the line if so desired

Your role will involve:

• Planning a robust and broad marketing strategy for the agency itself
• Targeting specific sectors set out by the Directors and choosing the best strategies to attract business from each
• With design support of the agency, creating content for and managing social media channels, blogs, web updates and case studies
• Developing and rolling out email marketing and direct marketing campaigns
• Working with an external business developer to nurture leads via emails & information
• Managing PPC campaigns, with the assistance of an agency if needed
• Looking at events that could be attended
• Working with the agency’s clients, planning and managing their social media campaigns
• Advising clients on trade shows they might like to attend to reach specific audiences

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

• Broad marketing experience, gained either in house or agency
• Ability to create and roll out your own marketing plan with minimal supervision
• Ability to thrive in a busy, creative environment, effectively juggling workload
• Focus on increasing brand awareness and lead generation
• Strong experience in content creation and social media
• Ideally PPC skills, but not essential
