Job title: M&E Project Manager
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000
Location: Marylebone
O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a full time M&E Project Manager to work for a main contractor on a permanent basis. You will initially be based on a high-end fit out project located in central London.
As M&E Project Manager your duties will include taking full responsibility for the M&E package on the project and overseeing from conception to completion. This will include ensuring smooth operation and delivery of high-quality M & E systems to budget and within programme.
The successful M&E Project Manager candidate must have:
- Solid understanding of construction management best practices, including a wealth of experience with Mechanical and Electrical works
- Relevant site qualifications (ECS/CSCS & SMSTS)
- Experience of managing high-end fit-out projects
