Job Title:                              Estimator – Windows and Doors             

Location:                             Mansfield            

Salary:                                  £36k - £40k

Hours of Work:                40 Hours Monday – Friday

Type:                                  Permanent

Start Date:                        Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

We are hiring an Estimator to work for a privately owned Windows and Doors company.

Duties of an Estimator      

• Managing tender process.
• Take-offs.
• Estimation of costs and cost planning.
• Supplier and sub-contractor relationships.
• Liasing with Design, Business Development and Operational teams to ensure accurate, competitive tender submissions.

It is essential that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills;

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the construction industry.
• Working understanding of construction tender documentation.
• Driving Licence.
