Job Role: Estimator
Location: South Yorkshire
Salary: £35,000/£45,000 + Package (D.O.E)
Our client a leading regional construction company with 50 years+ trading history are seeking to appoint an Estimator on a permanent basis to cover schemes upto the value of £4m.
Their client base includes Public and Private Sector clients, including several Framework Contracts throughout the local region.
The position will be reporting directly to the Head of Department.
Person Specification & Experience:
Experience carrying out the full tender process to prepare tender submissions, Including taking off quantities, pricing the project, including if necessary, building up rates from first principles, drafting/ marking up the subcontractor and supplier enquiries to be sent out - minimum 5 years experience.
Experience of using Conquest Software system “advantageous but not essential”
